Was that a typo Kincella? Should it have read 'whereas the bulls want to sit back and have money thrown at them....? That's how I see it at least.
Regarding the money tree, are you perhaps referring to never ending property appreciation (until recently at least) and homeowners using their mortgage as an atm?
