I first bought NEO in 2004, had bucket loads. Even before they put the drill bit into California and found oil, and gas and showed pics of...it was just bustin outa the ground (100mmlb JH1 alone) let alone the rest of lost hills and oil just oozing out Lousianna tenements. NEO and JV partners bought up huge leases. Ask yourself..What happened to all those the leases? ... even built a gas pieline... Check out the experts on hand then, including fraccing gurus with their huge salaries.and various JV deals (OPL etc). There was a lot of money made, and a lot of money lost. Share holders did not see one cent.
A new Company with a new team and change of direction?
Looks very much a replay to me.
Not going to get into an in depth debate. It's your money and your call.
I am not an adviser, but have been in the markets a long time and suggest you be aware, and watch carefully for the p&d. IMHO There will be a lot of easy money change hands down the track. FYI here is an excellent clip.
