that's a great positive way of looking at it, but dont state it to make it sound like fact unless u know what was offered to them (if anything).

the fact is they tried to farmout, in fact they said the data room was heavily booked. yet could not get anyone to agree to whatever terms they had, in my opinion i still see that as a negative.

but if going it alone brings success then all power to them for going for it
