Congrats to all holders and sellers...and superb job, Eric!

I posted about this SEA sale over on the TXN board, because that company's board/CEO need a kick in the backside to get moving in shareholder interests on its long drawn-out land sale.

I agree with posts here saying that it is increasingly difficult to gain value with long-term holdings, but we all know that its difficult to determine when to buy and sell. Although I try to hold for the longer term, some short-term sales have helped (e.g. I bought a few SEA shares at 55c in Feb and sold all in March at 80c. Then bought in again at mid-50s and kept buying down to low 40s.)

I'm holding my current shares for reasons that whynot outlined, but I also applaud those who took some profits today -- particularly MM who sold at 82 cents (the top of the market so far today)!
