Actually more study is required I think, the concept that Lynas as an issue is Government negative has been posted as a given by many who I don't think know the local history as well as they should. In fact it has been nailed to the mast long ago and has weathered much more discomfort than that which resides right now. More than a few aggressive anti Lynas portions of the population have moved onto other seemingly more productive area's. The wheel turns.
