I am involved with three separate private funds, each of which was set up for a specific group of investors pursuing specific investment strategies or asset classes. These funds operate under trust deeds that have conditions prohibiting the fund from soliciting business outside the investor group. So there is not PDS or prospectus.
If Country Writer is reticent in talking about a fund, it may be that he is honouring legal constraints set out in the trust deed.
