Not wanting to be a nay-sayer or down ramper by any means, however i'm struggling to see how anyone can turn a profit from a WiFi offering these days.

Can someone please explain the GC business model for WiFi; covering deployment / operational cost, cost recovery, producing revenue and how/when they see this model turning profitable?
