Or maybe its a move like EXS - IVA sold a big whack off market to SOL at 19c - the night before they made a cheeky take over bid at 19c.
SOL know they wont get the low ball bid accepted but it will allow them to buy all the IVA stake and go to 35% - gets them around the ASIC threshold and if they get some falling fruit then all the better.
Lots of possible scenarios could play out here ?
