All that carbon will be out there before any carbon capture is happening yeldub... The only way it can work is if we leave the stuff in the ground.. Tax us so our costs rise and rejoice when we sell coal offshore to countries that are taking our competitive advantage because of an ill thought out tax.

Would be better off putting an export tax in it so we maintain our cost advantages and have less coal burnt overseas ... Win for the environment and us
