J6 - the fact that you can only use infantile sarcasm to respond to what is potentially an important issue merely betrays the fantasy world that you (and those that endorse your comment) live in.

My post was merely a factual observation. It has nothing to do with glasses 'half empty' or 'half full'!

The simple fact of the matter is that NRC issued its RAI' to Strata on 25 Jan 2012. In the June Qtr Activities Report, PEN stated that NRC had indicated in May that all RAI's had been satisfactoriy addressed.

But have they? We now find from the 8 Aug letter to NRC from Strata's consultants (WWC) that at least one RAI (ie RAI Cultural-1A - see descripton below) is still being attended to 3 months after it was meant to have been accepted as complete.

Maybe...just maybe J6, you could see ths iformation as a heads up on some possible timing issues for the SML process - rather than as an affront to your self-absorbed spin and fantasy requirements.

But really, J6, I don't care what you think as I am not posting for you. Only for those who have an interest in and appetite for truth and objectivity.
