Certainly no insto was buying from the broker codes.

Does anyone know which broker DRA would use as seller? We could confirm it that way. Or Macleod, any chance you break your monthly rule and share a top40 sooner?

Researcher, I don't think Bermuda restricts them but it gives them the option of hiding under that cloak.

I just don't see how the company can have concrete dates for announcements. Definately no JV today or tom, etc. But on Thur 20th their'll be an announcement. That's why inevitably their forecasts are always wrong. Delibrate? I don't know.

Atleast Alberts latest info is more general and plausible. Anytime in the next 2weeks at most. A company could predict that based on the stage of negotiations.

Last week they resolved one of the major hurdles. Two remain. Their is also a clear favourite among the four suitors. To me, all the language points to closure in the very near term. Also a revised offer was made to IOP. Details unknown.

This can all be confirmed from just two sources. So I have nothing to hide.
