Lordolean I would have expected that it was never linked to an act of insolvency or administration. Why should a right be taken away - after all if the approval is there you would want any buyer able to complete the project imagine a half built mill and the approval is lost - no-one would want that uncertainty - With the possible exception of the Greens.
