i think today's announcement will give INO a bit o f advertising.

Hardly anyone knows what it does, yet after the train bombings lots of people were asking on forums for stocks that might benefit from terrorism prevention, especially stocks exposed to closed circuit tvs.

QRS went shooting up temporarily, but it doesn't make any money.

INO does - albeit only $82,000 last half, but that represented more than a million dollars turnaround when compared with the previous half. And they are forecasting lots of new orders from Europe.
