I was not referring to your post. I found your post informative. I was referring to posts on other threads that explicitly claimed a pump and dump. OTE forum is swamped by posts trying to mislead readers. In the past both up rampers and down rampers but now it is solely down rampers

Incidentally my estimate of fair value was a minimum not a maximum fair value.

I think fair value is about 1c.
