    Just an idea , as in my opinion if the issue remains unresolved for the next say 2 years , where PXU holders get no income , and the debt at $100 remains on the balance sheet as a noose for any form of recovery .

    Why do you imagine that the hybrids are a 'noose for any form of recovery'?

    Recovery will start when Paperlinx stops bleeding money and starts making a profit. That has nothing to do with the hybrids.
