Mate the real question now is not shorting.

There are rules to shorting and these are blatantly being broken.

There are laws governing notification when one sees illegal activity.

There is a bible quotation that forbids certain people from dobbing in their own kind to any tribunal other than to their own tribunal.

We have a law which can put a person behind bars if they name certain collective groups.

Guys I hope you are starting to see what I am saying.

This is extremely dangerous territory. Understand your rights.

They have a right to steal and we do not have a right to complain. Please let this concept stick in.

When Dr Frederick Tobin PHD was accused of racial vilification the court was not interested in wether what he said was true or false. He did 3 months in Gaol.

I have no knowledge of the truth or otherwise of what Tobin said, but I do know that in the movie Silence of the Lambs, Hanabal Lector was vilified. Try to understand this law is a gag on truth.
