What the old fella means is that we're looking for climactic type action to indicate that a trading range may be in play.
In Sept last year we saw preliminary supply followed by a selling climax. We had wide ranging bars with huge volume halting the down trend and placed it into a trading range. We were then bound by the SC and the AR....until....
...Until the announcement came along, and they flipped everything they had accumulated. Volumes were huge at $1.60 and IMO, that was the start of their distribution, mid TR.
We've since fallen through the support and now just drifting lower until such events may take place and halt the slide again....
