It is good to see portablealpha still praising management.

Quote:Biota management have performed well over the past five years. Very well in fact.

port, you and biota management sure did very well. 3.5 million free options are turning into shares and another half of million free option in the recent appendix b for destroying shareholders wealth!

Quoting port: "However for a biotech trying to get up a blockbuster they have outperformed."

They have sure outperformed. Peter Cook settled the GSK court case at a great loss, blamed the previous CEO for the financial loss and collected half a million of free options despite shareholders voting down the resolution for him to collect the freebies. Peter cook told shareholders he had normalised relationship with gSK and it is now shown to be a complete LIE.

Quoting CGT2009: "They've had two lotto wins tho. 1. Swine Flu in '09,/i>

CGT2009, it sure was a lotto win for Peter Crook who collected free options for the swine flu relenza sales- shareholders should never forget:

When BTA announced the Relenza Q3 royalty of $32.3m on 23/04/09 at the outbreak of the H1N1 flu the sp shot up.

A few days later on PertNow newspaper, PC said "When we went through the avian influenza event four years ago, every time there was a report of a goose or duck dying in Europe our stock price went up." and "To assert, right now, that this (swine flu) will cause a massive rise in sales, well, that class of response is erroneous and lacks understanding."

Less than a week later, on 04/05/2009 Peter Cook announced "Important GSK initiatives to new influenza A (H1N1) strain" - that GSK was increasing production to cope with the massive rise in demand.

Talk about LOTTO WiNS. Peter Cook is receiving 1 year of free remunerations if the reverse take-over go ahead. The bottom feeders will have 3.5 million of free options turning into free shares and collected another 0.5 million free options in the recent appendix B announcements.
