It is not only the JORC resource it is also the profitability of the resource that decides the MC. ABU are heading for 1m ounces or even much more from surface with OP alone. $250m in value for just the first 450k ounces. With this doubling or tripling the value could be $750m so the MC of $200m will easily be taken out even without considering the other 2m ounces from buccaneer. All my opinion of course and I am no expert but this is my take from reading the announcements.
