Everyone with MST shares should be supporting this proposal if at all possible.

The proposal as put to me by Dianne is to
1) pay off creditors
2) convert notes to equity
3) current shareholders to retain 80% of holding
4) get enough funds for working capital and develop maul prototypes.
5) reduce costs in USA / change Board

Creditors meeting is this Thursday and she needs our help to have sufficient funds. Funds to be held in trust and returned if not successful.
