Management might be waiting on the 30 day rate to issue a release as you say, but it is hard not to wonder whether some have knowledge of the IP rate and are stocking up. I hope this is the case..but have seen pumps into news before so best not to read too much into it.
TG did say 2 to 4 weeks for results on Barnhart and I think that was the 16th when he said that in the conference interview..so maybe the 30 day rate is not a strict policy?

Nothing more to do - just hold on and hope the news is what it logically should be.
