One last point - on the basis that I have heard that a new US savvy CEO will be likely announced within the next 4 weeks (conditional upon shareholder approval of the merger on both sides), I will be voting YES. This to me is the positive catalyst that is required to extract nearer term value (than waiting for LANI to go to market). Note, this is obviously subject to who the CEO is and his trackrecord - however, I'm expecting he will be better credentialed in terms of business success (from the perspective of a healthy SP) than PC or the NABI CEO have been.
I've been waiting for this catalyst for 3 years.
