What I mean goofy is that previously the LAMP has been 97% complete because they required run up of the LAMP and hand over by the contractors, which is 100% complete
Now when questioned they said they needed the TOL for the plant to be 100% complete.
To complete the handover and precommisioning work they needed to import concentrate to run up the plant and for that they needed the TOL.
So a couple of weeks back there was an obscure thread reporting that reo concentrate was present at LAMP, a container load.
So that means they must have had a feed through the plant...the handover from the contractors is complete and they are now ready to operate.
Testing is successful, its operational.
It is ready to go so all they need now is to get bulk raw product in there and they kick it in the guts mate.
