i agree on your comments re the offering of advice re options vs capital raising

    but i disagree on

The fact is that the job of management is to run the business, not to manage the share price. When the business is in a position to generate revenue or be aquired, the SP will move accordingly. As everybody knows there are certain critical prerequisites for this to occur and the biggest one is beyond the control of management.

the management have an obligation to all shareholders to maximize the value for any stakeholder.

the company sits in a basin which is now very very active in progressing to having a new coal mine..gvk.(with that come a rail) yet very few market participants even know that eer exist.

all shareholders should be able to realize a stake in their company for fair value. At the moment the stock is far from fair value. And while very difficult in this case due to two blocking stakes what would you say if someone offered 30c for your shares? that is a 200% premium yet in my view far from fair and equitable. Yet because management hasnt 'worried' about the share price it would (in the case of a more even register) more than likely succeed.

At all times a management team should be judged by the underlying value of their shares and fortunately/unfortunately that is not determined by an independent arbiter but by the stock market and currently 11c is what the market is saying that eer is worth. management have done the hard yards but failed to sell the story!

The methodology you talk about appears to be more suited imo to a privately non listed company and imo if you are publicly listed you have an obligation as part of your management duties to promote (on substance not fluff)your company to at all times maximize value for all shareholders!

Updates on where the jorc is, negotiations on rail and port also wouldnt go astray.

The market prefers to see a company travelling rather than staying still and the perception from those that know eer currently i guess is that they are sitting on their hands waiting. (which i am sure is far from the truth) so why not update the market more regularly and let your shareholders know whats going on??
