"The vessel to be built is a 56 metre DP2 hybrid catamaran, with permanent air diving and survey capability. It will operate off the North West of Western Australia, with operations expected to commence in October 2013."

Does this mean the boat operates, as in floats, in October, 2013, or that the NMS contract begins in October, 2013? Is it ambiguous or clear to the rest of you? Why would a contract that starts in October, 2013 be tendered out now?

Anyway, some nice price rises here- well done, holders.
