    tanholme, you appear not to be aware that GSK offered to settle for $100 million and give the Relenza rights back and the management under Peter Crook turned down that offer only to accept the fizzle settlement less than a year later! IF only peter Cook had accepted the $100million settlement, the market would have most likely instantly rocket the BTA share price upwards!

    but what happened- Peter Crook settled with a great financial loss ( your term is 'FIZZLE") and blamed the previous cEO and then peter Crook collected 0.5 million of free options for normalising relationship with GSK!
