Arguably they should. I raised this topic on the forum a while ago and it was largely lost on some people. Transparency is very important, not only for shareholders so that they can make an appropriate investment decision but also to the long term prospects of the company. There have been a few instances in the past (not related to RED) where I proposed that management undertake an alternative 'solution', rather than go to market with the original plan. In hindsight, if they had adopted the original plan the company would have been worse off, so it is vital to outlay company strategy as well as any tactical plans.

I plan to raise this with management. If anyone wants me to raise a question or suggestion please reply here and I will record and take it up with them.
