    If Beach wanted to takeover ICN woudn't they have done it BEFORE drilling the current Shale gas well when ICN was easy pickins? If the well is successfull then ICN would be worth more....everyone knows Icon is almost out of funds so perhaps beach will fund more drilling for a higher persentage of 855...Ray James is just hot air with not much to bargin with.....Beach knows this!!!!!!
