OK as you guys didn't bash me let just put out a few questions. that way I don't seem to be downgrading the company which i really don't want to do as I have a few more to sell at a certain price :-)

How many shares does M&G own??

How many shares (if combined) do the 2 Chinese entities own?

Do you know where the former board member "works" now??

How many more would they need if let's say they have actually bothered to call each other and amalgamate that position to 51%?

Is it possible there is a 4th party picking up shares now who do not have to announce that position until they get 5%? About 9 million shares!

Do you think there is no way that entity knows the group above?

Do you know what that share % would add up to? Not including a major shareholder or 2 jumping on board :-)

What would that (a company getting 51%) mean in regards to future dividends?

Would you take $5 if you were offered a first come first serve offer to sell at $5 or be left a part of the 49% in a Chinese companies control of what price copper would be sold at (to them) or what dividends to pay?
