Coal assets have been decimated this year and that is the crux of the problem . They would be negotiating hard to get a much better deal and although it has cost them a lot of time and money so far there is a good chance the next NEW deal will give value . The top holders have not budged and they hold heaps .

If they can string together a good deal it will be dejavu . Those that hang in for the next CR will do fine , if you check the history here they have NEVER done anything in a hurry .
