I took the figures from their 100 pages of details for the upcoming vote.

While 4-5 years is longer than I thought, I don't regret the purchase. I calculated NPV as $0.133 or so, using 6% discount rate for opportunity cost / inflation. $0.067 purchase price for $0.133 NPV with the main risk being the upcoming vote, it seems great.

I believe it's $0.015 returned rather quickly, then a year with little return while they finish repaying the debt, then a large return the following year, then smaller returns and finished.
