As per your “issues” with the management of RDR mentioned in your post, I for one can you tell you that they are about as useful as using a tennis racquet as a canoe paddle!! The real kick in the guts is only realised when you pull at the thread, in relation to their pay packets and remuneration packages.
Should a TO be offered I certainly would be in favour of it, as this may lead to the dead weight management team being dropped, which I would take as some form of ROI based on the fact that I bought in at $1.07
