Actually illiquid, I'm not sure your understanding is in fact correct. They seem pretty keen to keep the Lance exploration program going at at least the same rate for at least the next 5 years to me... Given a cost of 3m/quarter (possibly low estimate), I dare say it will in fact be costing 50-100m to run over the next 5-10 years.

"The latest interpretation of the existing database by Peninsula’s geological team has identified and priority ranked over 500 follow-up drill targets within the Lance Projects. It is estimated that these drill targets will form the basis for on-going exploration over the next 5-10 years"
