Here is what wikipedia has to say on DDT toxicity.

The LD50 of 113 mg/kg is the dose that would kill half of the rats exposed. If we extrapolate this result to humans, a 80kg person might consume 80 X 113 = 9040 mg and have a 50/50 chance of surviving. 9040 mg is just over 9 grams. Anyone drinking a 250mL glass of it would probably have a 100% chance of being fatally poisoned.
DDT is actually a white crystalline solid so perhaps you means a very dilute solution?
