Hi all As I mentioned the other day I expect beach to end up producing in the upper end of production guidance ( 8.5-9 mboe) but also would expect them to produce cash flow at or above 300 million for the year. As an indication of how conservative they are look at the estimates of reserve additions ( gross ie for the JVs) across the permits and compare results so far where only a few appraisal/ development wells have Been drilled and a couple of exploration wells Pel 91 reserve estimate 3 million barrels - achieve to date 2.2 million from Bauer 5 , and Bauer 6 , 7 . And 8 still to be included . I would estimate they are at 5-7 already PEL 92 estimate 1 million barrels - with chirsities 6 and 7 we should be at least at 500k - 1 million With SXY JV - 2 million We have had mustang and two shatcher success so I would assume 1-2.5 already And all this with only 8 of the 41 wells drilled . Furthermore I note from today's DLs Ann they are proposing another 2 Bauer appraisal wells before the end of 2012
