Ann: Announcement Shareholders approve merger , page-2

I can't understand why there isnt more action on here following the news of the merger!

Personally I think that it is a fantastic rest after a very long year. The annual report showed that our net tangible assets per share are in the positive for the first time ever, even if it is only 0.02.

The two new phase two trials and the assets that have come with merger are very promising. The drug component has been used already for blood pressure, migraine and chest pain. So I would think that there shouldn't be any issues with safety and they have shown good signs with previous studies.

We are now looking at exploring our product with SLE and if we get the right board and research staff on board we might get a clinical trial that will further boost the value for shareholders.

This is exciting and promising signs for shareholders or am I missing something?
