Does anyone have any thoughts what is meant by significant corporate opportunity? Could it be to sell its shares into an offer?

“its contents are commercially sensitive in regards to the parties to the terms sheet and certain conditions precedent.”

That means there are other parties involved which cannot be named at the moment. Could this be one of the parties negotiating the JV? They could be lining up Genorah’s shares in NKP but at a price that Genorah is not happy with, that’s why the delay in them signing the terms sheet. And then Gleneagles puts pressure on Genorah by dumping the shares. What option does Genorah now have other than accept and sign.
