then I'm being unfair on our little squirt Treasurer. But then the budget of 2008 (I think) was a stimulus budget that was in deficit. Our Treasurer admitted as such but the reasons for such actions were compelling.
So then what type of budgets get the A knocked of a AAA rating? Blind Freddy could see the illusionary trick Swan was playing last budget. Are the ratings agencies that blind? I think not.
