Stayer. I definitely wouldn't be making any buy or sell decisions based on what is written in these threads. And if there is a trade there, and it fulfils your criteria, then take it.
But if people are pointing to technical information that is highly relevant and beyond what the company is providing, then IMO it is reasonable to DYOR following those leads.
By the way - I did catch some of the initial wave on this. It was only after Oslo pointed out the Cal DOE website and the subsequent hours going over the detail, did the smokescreen disappear, allowing a more precise risk assessment.
