    Yes it does seem like a valid time to haggle if they are keen on TN. Keeping in mind the likes of Vale could have long time horizons for their investments.
    I would hope the market will appreciate the next jorc upgrade a little more this time as a break through 600kt would be a significant goal acheived by the company.
