Not one of your better posts insaf quite a lot of incorrect assumptions, twisting and interpretations on your behalf. I have been consistent in my view of Timeone/SS & T/ WEG or whoever they may be called next week.

Tony posted here that he was shafted by the Chinese. he said he would rather wind the company up than deal with these people - he said he had done a deal with the Aussie mob - and they walked.

He had 2 options he could try and sue Timeone for breach of contract or he can chose to try buy sometime with the devil - Ms Wang or whoever she represents or which ever hat she is now wearing has voting rights for 50m shares and interests associated with her stand to possibly lose $17m if PLV doesn't go mining.

This is a deal that probably had to be done when the Aussies bailed out ( IMO ) they are both trying to salvage the $$$$ I am leaning towards Coal Kings train of thought - once this deal is done and cashflow is coming in from Cockatoo there could be a low ball take over tilt aimed at PLV.
