Just wanted to get everyone's view on real estate agents?
This week I rang up two R/E agents looking at purchasing a house in one of Perths northern suburbs. I am a cash buyer and want to settle ASAP - for personal reasons. I left all my details on both agents message banks including mobile and home numbers. This was 4 days ago and I am yet to hear back from either.
Who are these R/E agents working for? Clearly just themselves ..... Has anyone else had similar experiences? I have not had this problem before.
Would anyone think its worthwhile going onto rpdata, getting the owners names and contacting them directly? Completely cut out the middle man? I am very keen on one of these houses.
