The agents have had it so good during the boom times when all they had to do was wait in the office to collect the cheques, that they do not know what to do now.
They are untrained, unsupervised and ignorant on normal business procedures
I no longer leave my details, if there is no one there to help me immediately I go elsewhere, including directly to the owner
As to who they work for, that comment assumes that they actually work.
