I think he's saying that there are a few savvy investors are shorting MAD on the basis that when the shares come out, the SP will be negatively impacted. They'll simply capitalise on the dump.
There's also probably a few of them who hold some shares in escrow that are shorting based on their own intention to drive the price down. It's actually a pretty sweet strategy: dump your shares that are already at 600% profit and on the other hand short some others. They can steer the price down very easily.
