Examples of Tier 1 are BHP and RIO I Ore mines in the Pilbara.
Escondida copper mine
Olympic Dam
Bowan Basin Coal

All these mines have a life of approx 100 years (Hence P Hill being Tier 2). Costs are in the bottom quartile and they can be expanded.

I am not aware of any tier 1 mines on the market.
Hillside does not have the mine life to be Tier 1.

Who knows with SFR and the Degrussa mine? The SFR sp has, IMO, a significant t/o premium in it.

HT1
