Firsova keeps banging on about annual results deadlines:

"The half year was late and now the annual results are the same , it just shows a sheer lack of diligence , if Phil has been travelling around the country the brokers are watching and to see the results not in before 5pm on the last day is poor , what is the chair doing ??"

and "I still cant believe , there is still no annual report or even preliminary "

Of course the last time I looked MHM was still listed on the mining board (notwithstanding their main segment is a bit industrial) nevertheless there IS NO requirement for 'miners' to issue a Preliminary Final Report as industrial board companies (including BHP) have to.

Get it clear:

Industials issue a Half Yearly report by Feb 29 Preliminary Final Report by Aug 31 and Annual Report by October 31

Miners issue a Half Yearly Accounts by March 15, Quarterly reports by July 31, October 31, January 31 and April 30; and Annual Report October 31.

MHM HAVE NOT missed any deadlines....
