    "Related party loans - unsecured $2,115,110 "

    Loan is interest bearing at 10 % per annum and re-payable 31 dec 2012.

    Looks like you better call Mr Launder and tell him what you think, by being used as a conduit.

    Looks very much like the loan from RRS still due and payable...
