There is a shortage and there will continue to be a shortage. Every paper is talking headline stuff, they are the ones who bleated there was a shortage and now they say there is none. If there is no shortage go and buy up all the cheap and vacant stuff out there. Show me the streets and streets of vacant houses - your opinions fly in the face of good sense and judgement.
