TOL has already been granted, was granted months ago but due to lies being spread there was some back pedalling, now there is a court case to sort this out (where have you been mate I thought you read posts on here?). The game changer is the announcement that Lamp is complete, the only hold up is the AELB which could make the law suit easier if needed
