There are several gains in efficiency.
The largest will be in capex of the order of one billion v 3 billion of the planned but now shelved American Centrifuge technology. This includes both the physical scale of a plant and the rotars used by the Russian's and European centriguge systems.
The second is power in-put.. MG has spoken of 3-4 passes or expsoures. The new Russian design has reduced the power cost of its centrifuges, but by how much we can only guess.
The third will be the time taken to process a given volume.
